Terms & Conditions
1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all members, distributors, customers, and affiliates.
2. By joining, promoting, or purchasing organic products, you agree to follow all company rules.
3. Multiple registrations with the same name, CNIC, phone number, or email are not allowed.
4. Duplicate accounts will be terminated and all benefits will be frozen.
5. Downline shifting, cross-linking, or seizing team members is prohibited.
6. Any act of cheating, fraud, misguidance, or manipulation is strictly prohibited.
7. Unauthorized editing or altering of the company presentation, marketing plan, or product information is not allowed.
8. All payments must be deposited into the official company account only.
9. Customers must record an opening video of the parcel on the same day of delivery.
10. Complaints without video proof will not be accepted.
11. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products with valid proof.
12. Perfumes once opened/used cannot be returned unless defective.
13. Members must follow all laws related to trade and e-commerce.
14. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member violating the terms.
